With reduced construction schedules and low combined mortgage and energy bills that appeal to homebuyers, ZEM is an opportunity to boost affordable housing production that meets the needs of today’s Massachusetts builders.
ZEM Affordable Housing Initiative is supported in part by a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources.
